Job DescriptionA client in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated Telecommunications Supply Specialist to join their team. This role involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing the inventory of telecommunications system parts, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal stocking levels for the clients repair and maintenance operations. This position operates within a typical stock room environment, requiring meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage inventory effectively.Key Responsibilities: Plan and maintain inventory levels for telecommunications parts and equipment, ensuring all items are accounted for and properly stocked. Handle RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) and warranty claims, process paperwork for ordering and replacing parts, and ensure timely receipt of items. Receive incoming shipments, verify inventory against computerized records, and ensure accuracy in inventory management systems. Work closely with field technicians to ensure they have the necessary parts and equipment for their tasks. Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, including parts received, issued, and returned. Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely delivery of parts and supplies. Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations, including OSHA standards for handling hazardous materials.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
