Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in Phoenix, Arizona for a Training Specialist. This role is in the Industry and involves developing, updating, and maintaining technical training programs for our Facility Department staff.Responsibilities: Develop and update technical training programs tailored to the needs of the Facility Department staff Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content Schedule and facilitate engaging training sessions, incorporating hands-on exercises to enhance learning Monitor progress of staff during training sessions to assess understanding and retention Handle logistics related to training sessions, including room setup, materials preparation, and technology setup Maintain comprehensive records of training sessions, participants, and outcomes Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback and analyzing data to make informed adjustments Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in training methodology, incorporating new ideas into program updates Continually improve training programs, seeking opportunities for enhancements and implementing changes as necessary Use tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Cisco Webex Meetings to create e-Learning modules and other instructional materials Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations in the design and delivery of training programs. Requirements Proven expertise in Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for conducting virtual training sessions Demonstrable experience with Courseware and e-Learning Modules creation and management Excellent written and verbal Communication skills Knowledge of Compliance regulations related to training and development Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on meeting the needs of trainees Ability to create clear and concise Documentation Experience with Human Resources (HR) Administration Knowledge of Instructional Design and Instructional Material creation Familiarity with Instructional Systems Design Experience in creating and implementing Learning and Development strategies Proven track record of Employee Training Knowledge of OSHA regulations and their application in training programs Demonstrable experience in Employee Relations Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
