AECOM Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Planner in Phoenix, AZ:Job Details:Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to guide transportation decision-making and assess potential environmental impactsInterpret and evaluate findings from relevant studies to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as client expectationsAnalyze diverse planning, land use, and transportation data, contributing to technical analyses, feasibility studies, and the development of comprehensive plans and transportation reportsGather and compile various technical and statistical data to assist in preparing reports and maps related to census data, land use, and environmental factorsSupport GIS mapping efforts and analyze socioeconomic data, land use, environmental impacts, travel behavior, and transportation demand conceptsCreate visual representations using a range of graphical toolsAssist in research and technical analyses focused on land use and multimodal planningFacilitate stakeholder and public engagement initiatives for agency projectsPerform additional tasks as assigned by senior staff or project managersProvide training to junior staff and assisted in quality control and recruitment effortsTelecommuting permitted up to 3 days per week
