As a Vice President of Supply Chain here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies (AERO), you will lead and manage the digital solutions for end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless integration and coordination between different work teams. You will lead the transformation of Aerospace & Defense supply chain processes through the adoption of advanced digital technologies, such as AI, IoT, SAP/S4 and advanced analytics. This includes activities such as demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics. You are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will report directly to our Chief Information Officer of Aerospace Technologies and you'll work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, ensure on-time service delivery to customers, reduce costs, optimize inventory, and play a critical role in identifying and mitigating supply chain risks. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with executive leadership to define IT strategies aligned with the integrated supply chain goals and overall business objectives.
Provide strategic direction for the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions that optimize supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, demand planning, inventory management, and distribution.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage the IT budget for the integrated supply chain function, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective technology investments.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to supply chain management and IT and apply this knowledge to drive competitive advantage.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between IT, supply chain, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
YOU MUST HAVE
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles.
· Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives for integrated supply chain operations.
· Experience as a people leader.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
