You will be cleaning AirBNB units and also helping with car washes and deliveries when needed. Bonuses of $30 are given for washing a car and delivering it a parking lot for someone to pickup later.
6 AirBNBs to clean - 2 bedroom 1 full bath 680 sq ft 1 king & 1 queen bed. Small kitchen with a stackable washer and dryer. All identical units located together.
This is an on-demand job that is usually between 11am and 4pm daily for AirBNB cleaning, but the exact schedule will not be known until the day before. This job also requires a clean driving history with no DUIs since you will be helping with car deliveries at the airport.
Compensation - $3000 a month without housing
or
$1800 a month with housing & utilities included (2 bedroom 1 full bath 680 sq ft fully furnished)
Benefits include:
Christmas $200 bonus
Birthdays (including your childrens) $200 bonus
Usage of a Tesla Model 3 or Model Y
After 6 months, you will have access to stay free of charge at our vast network of rental units across the USA (upon approval)
