Currently seeking an Assistant Manager for Phoenix Sky Harbor airport la Madeleine with a GREAT smile, amazing personality with excellent customer service and communication skills that can provide exceptional guest service while serving the best French food in the airport! Must have 3 years of management experience. There will be a background check since we are past Security. Because of our very busy location and fast paced work, you will be cross trained, you will be able to cook, prep and work our cash register. You would be able to work any station on our line at any time. Responsibilities to include Taking guest orders, and suggestive up selling, entering the order accurately into the POS and presenting the meal to the customer in a friendly and professional manner, assist with any preparation work, and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant and doing inventory along with ordering. Salary 52,000 Plus Work shifts will vary from starting sometimes at 5 am to sometimes closing at Midnight. Food Management Experience is a MUST! Job Description
Position Mission: Manager in growing store with increasing sales and cash flow with "hands on management" with team members and shift supervisors to create a memorable experience for each and every guest. Ensure delivery of fast and friendly service and quality products, while closely monitoring inventory, cost control for food and beverage, and a maintaining a clean, safe store environment.
Essential Responsibilities: Shift management and fill in for various positions throughout the restaurant as needed Determine staffing level changes needed throughout the day

Reliable must be at work on scheduled days and on time and cover other shifts when necessary
Must be able to work varied hours, days, and weekends as business dictates
Expert knowledge of products offered at the restaurant
Must be able to read, count and accurately complete documentation in English
Must be able to follow recipes and standards according to ENRGI guidelines
Must be available to start shift at early hours (5am depending on restaurant)
Required to provide and wear black non-slip shoes in conjunction with approved dress code.
Required Education, Experience and Skills: Looking for seasoned management experience
High school degree required
Must work well under minimal supervision
Must work well in fast paced environment
Must be able to multitask and switch tasks quickly

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: Prefer 3 years of management/supervision experience
Prefer someone with a Food Serve Safe Certificate Required to have certification within 30 days of employment
