We’re looking for badass line cooks and prep cooks. People with the ability to multitask and stay levelheaded in stressful situations. Must be able to read, must be down to stand and walk around for 8 hours and must be down to put up with metal music throughout the day. Being able to juggle spatulas not a must but definitely a plus.
We have open kitchens at our locations so be prepared to interact with customers who love to personally thank the Chefs!
We compensate between $16 and $18 an hour based on previous experience as well as how quickly you pick up all the little tricks and how awesome you prove to be on the line or with a knife. There are plenty of opportunities to move up within the company and being able to wear multiple hats earns higher wages over time.

Responsibilities include:
- Setting station up for service
- Stocking the line and setting Pars for backups
- Prepping necessary items for service
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Completing orders/Prep lists in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation
- Breaking down and cleaning station at close
Skills required:
- Able to stay calm and collected in high stress environments.
- Able to lift upwards of 30-50 pounds
- Organizational skills and knife skills a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week,
