Barista / Coffee Trailer Operator
Location: 5138 W Camelback Rd, Glendale, AZ
Operating Hours: 7 days a week - 6AM–2 PM (Fri & Sat until 8pm at a later date)
Pay: $17–$20/hr + Tips

About Us
We are a brand-new specialty coffee trailer that will be located right next to Tacos De Cabeza, a trendy street taco spot located in one of the busiest spots on 51st Ave and West Camelback Rd. We will be serving killer coffee, fresh donuts, gourmet cookies, and premium prepackaged ice cream. No baking, or cooking, just lite prep work.

Position Summary
We’re looking for a reliable, energetic Barista / Coffee Trailer Operator who can open and close the trailer, craft great drinks, serve pre-packaged gourmet Ice Cream, Big Fat Cookies, and fresh daily-delivered donuts, make customers feel like family, and keep the trailer running like a well-oiled machine.
If you’re genuine, friendly, dependable, and can stay cool when things get busy, you’ll fit right in.
Bonus points if you’re good with social media- photos, videos, and Reels to help us grow.
Responsibilities
Make espresso drinks, cold brews, blended drinks, etc.
Serve donuts, cookies, and packaged ice cream
Operate POS system and handle cash
Keep trailer clean, stocked, organized, and health-compliant
Arrive at 5:30 AM (yes, we need morning people)
Engage customers and build a positive vibe
Assist with weekend or evening rushes when needed
Create occasional social media content (photos/videos) to help marketing
Preferred Skills (Not Required but BIG Bonus Points)
Bilingual — English & Spanish
(A huge portion of our customer base is Spanish-speaking. If you can connect with them, you’re extra valuable.)
Comfortable on social media
Taking photos, short videos, TikToks, IG Reels — anything that helps promote the brand.
You don’t need to be an influencer, just someone who understands the culture.
Requirements
Must be dependable — no flakes, no excuses
Early morning availability (5:30 AM start)
Customer service skills
Barista experience is much preferred
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Clean, organized, and professional
Able to lift 20–30 lbs (milk crates, boxes, freezer items)
