Times Square Italian Restaurant is seeking the following position:
Bartender/Manager
Ideal candidate will have at least 2-3yrs experience Bartending, 1-2yrs experience Managing in a Full Service Restaurant.
Must have Leadership and People skills - Staff and Guests. Including ability to inspire, motivate and train staff to achieve their highest level of performance.
Must have exposure to Cost Controls - Food, Labor and Controllables.
Must have ability to drive Sales.
Must have administrative abilities.
Must be reliable and on time.
Position Expectations:
This is an Hourly position.
Estimated - Bartending 25 Hours/week. Managing 15 Hours/week.
38-40hr work week.
