DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes, then wash by hand or place in the dishwashing machine, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation.
Wash pots, pans, and trays per procedures, maintaining sanitation standards.
Polish silver using assigned equipment and methods, ensuring complete cleanliness.
Maintain safety compliance, including temperature and chemical level checks.
Keep dish area clean and orderly, sweeping and mopping floors to meet safety standards.
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and prep surfaces.
Remove trash and clean garbage cans; transfer supplies between storage and work areas.
Assist in loading and unloading supplies and products.
Perform other duties as assigned.
