NOBU, the world-renowned Japanese Restaurant, is hiring for its Scottsdale location. We are seeking highly motivated and energetic professionals to join our team.
Dishwasher Responsibilities:
Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps the dish area free of clutter and organized.
- Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
- Preparing the kitchen for the next shift by cleaning and restocking cook stations.
- Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
- Sweeping and mopping floors, especially if items are broken or spilled.
- Maintains trash cans throughout the shift and removes full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shift.
- Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
- Assists in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
Must be able to lift 20lbs +
Dishwasher (1+ years’ experience preferred)
Must be available to work dinner and weekends. These are Full-Time positions.
