Attention all aspiring chefs who desire to own their own Italian restaurant in the near future. This 11.5 year established upscale Italian restaurant is located in one of the most affulent parts of east Mesa It is beautiful inside with 100 seats as well as a 40 seat patio. It's time for me to give the reins after a 40 year career to someone who has the passion for Italian food. I can't stress enough that it's all about passion and desire.
