I am a caterer looking for temporary work in Payson Az. We feed wild fire crews on location. You would camp with us and work long hours, making hot breakfast, bagged lunches and hot dinner. This position requires the ability to stand for 12-14 hours per day and lift 40-50 lbs. sleeping in a tent and doing it again the next day… this is a temporary job, up to 20 days. Pay starts at $275 per day, you’ll be paid as a contract worker, 1099.
There are strict rules for being at a government camp, but we also have a lot of fun.
