Days Inn by Wyndham Phoenix North is a small business in HOSPITALITY in Phoenix, AZ.
Job description/ Responsibilities, but not limited to:
-Greet and check in guests/ Sell rooms
-Respond to guest needs, requests, complaints etc.
-Answer phone calls/ Confirm phone and online reservations
-Light cleaning of office and surroundings
-Shift typically from 3pm to 11pm. Can include weekends
​Qualifications:
-Previous experience in hotel/ motel required
-Organizational skills and be able to multitask. Can be a face-paced environment
-Basic office skills (i.e. math, cash handling, computer skills, etc.)
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Strong customer service skills
