Sip Coffee & Beer Garage is looking for an experienced hourly, working General Manager to lead daily operations at our Arcadia location. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, supporting the team, and running a tight operation.

Responsibilities
Actively work shifts while overseeing day-to-day operations
Lead by example on the floor and in the drive-thru
Train, coach, and develop team members
Create and manage schedules; control labor and payroll
Maintain food and beverage quality and speed of service
Oversee ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and health code compliance
Track sales, costs, and key performance metrics
Uphold Sip Garage standards, culture, and guest experience
Qualifications
3+ years of management experience in coffee, cafe, bar, or fast-casual hospitality
Comfortable working mornings, weekends, and peak shifts
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage labor and costs while working on the floor
Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
Hands-on, team-first leadership style
