We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Hospitality Associate to join our team. This individual will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service to ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and satisfied throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests
Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk or guest area
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
Provide information about local attractions, amenities, and hotel services
Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate records
Monitor and manage reservations using booking systems
Uphold all safety and security procedures, including emergency response protocols
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in hospitality a plus)
1+ year of experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with booking software or POS systems (e.g., Opera, ResNexus, etc.)
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Friendly, patient, and solution-focused demeanor
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual abilities are a plus
Familiarity with basic administrative duties and Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
