We are looking for a detail oriented, team player that strives to be the bright spot in our customers' day and maintain the exterior and interior of the hotel. Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:
(All below tasks will be trained by staff)
- Parking lot and exterior trash clean up
-Change inside hallways/outside trash
-Assisting housekeeping by removing dirty linen from check out rooms and the trash
-Cleaning of public areas and front main entrance
-Daily shampooing of carpet and upholstery using a commercial cleaner for 1-3 rooms
-When orders come in you will assist housekeeping supervisor to put away supplies and organize storages
On days not shampooing carpets 1 of the below tasks will be done
-Performing preventive maintenance in rooms that includes paint touch up, inspection of all room items
-Public area preventative maintenance
-Pressure washing entrances (Monthly not daily)
Must be able to lift 80 pounds.
Pay is $18 an hour.
Hours are 830a-5p Monday-Friday then Saturday and Sunday 9am-5:30pm with 2 days off. Must be able to work 1-2 weekends in month. We do require holidays, but not all and can be rotated with other houseman.

40 hours vacation after 1 year. Discounted health insurance after 60 days. Annual Reviews. Yearly bonus. Holiday Pay extra 8 hours per major Holiday.
