We are looking to fill a total of one position.
Front Desk Agent for Sunday/Mondays 3P-11P and Tuesday/Wednesdays 11P-7A, 4 days a week, OFF Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. With opportunity to cover extra shifts for extra hours.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Welcome guests be greeting, answering questions, responding to requests
-Perform checking in guests, handling cash transactions, and charging credit cards
-Respond to guest needs, request, and complaints
-Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
-Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role
-Customer service attitude
-Empowered to make decisions to meet and exceed guest needs
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Must be available Nights, Weekends and Holidays.
