Osteria Mia is a family owned Italian restaurant located in the Shops at Norterra, at 2530 W. Happy Valley rd, Phoenix Az, 85085. We are looking for experienced cooks to join our kitchen team. More specifically, we are looking for saute and pizza cooks with experience with a wood fired oven. We are looking for PM shifts, which usually go from 4pm to 9:30PM during the week, and all shifts on the weekend. We are a scratch kitchen, where everything is made in house from the mozzarella, to the pasta. We are looking for professional cooks with a team mentality. We are also looking for bussers/food runners. No experience is necessary. All we are looking for is a great attitude and work ethic. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Duites include running food to guests, bussing tables, wiping down tables, sweeping, mopping, stocking paper goods, and taking out trash to the dumpster.
