Spitz Mediterranean in downtown Chandler is now open! We're building another awesome Front of House and Kitchen crew! Being in downtown Chandler - the lunch and dinner hours + weekend nightlife is the most important part of our business. Candidates that are regularly willing to work nights/evenings are very important to our growing restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with sanitizing and cleaning dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Clear tables and bus dishes to maintain a clean and organized dining environment
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with their needs and answering any questions they may have
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the health and well-being of customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations in the kitchen and dining areas
-Proper restaurant closing tasks nightly, sweeping/mopping, wiping down stations, taking out trash, dishes, etc.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Previous experience in a retail or kitchen setting is a plus, but not required
After training (1-2 weeks) you’ll be part of our tip pool in addition to your hourly wage. Free shift meal every shift.
