We are looking for 1 person for the PM position we have available. We are seeking an experienced line cook with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to clearly communicate with all staff. This is a close team and we are all friendly and respectful to each other. The individual we seek to hire must posses these same qualities. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain your composure. This is an open kitchen that is behind the bar. Our guests will be face to face with you and a lot of them will become your regulars if you are friendly and engaging. You also have a tip jar, and our guests love to show their appreciation for your hard work. It is not uncommon for them to put $5, $10, and even $20 bills in the tip jar. Cooks keep 100% of their tips. Our kitchen stays open until midnight. You are expected to cook up to the time the kitchen closes. We do not close the kitchen early.
