Line Cook
Are you passionate about food and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Alexander’s Greek Kitchen is seeking an experienced and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. Our ideal candidate will be a team player with a commitment to quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items in line with recipe standards and specifications
Ensure food is served at the highest quality and presentation
Assist with kitchen prep, stock rotation, and inventory control
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Passionate about cooking and willing to learn and adapt
