Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and with enthusiasm as they arrive, creating a welcoming first impression.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
Maintain an organized and clean host stand and front-of-house area.
Communicate effectively with the waitstaff, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth operations.
Answer phone calls, assist with inquiries, and provide accurate information about our menu, theme, and specials.
Help manage the flow of guests during peak hours, ensuring wait times are communicated clearly and effectively.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
