Pure Sushi, a high volume, high end Sushi Bar and Japanese restaurant is looking for experienced hot line cooks, bussers and dish washers. Japanese cuisine experience is a plus. Part time is ok as well, days or nights available for cooks. Hourly compensation is from $13 to $16/hr +tips for cooks and sushi chefs based upon experience and ability.
