Who we are:
We make everything from scratch, all the way down to ketchup and mustard.
We solely utilize whole animals and organic ingredients from local farms.
We use truly eco-friendly (safe) cleaning products.
We take great pride in sourcing the best quality products possible and like for our team to appreciate that as well.
Our food menu changes weekly, depending on what our local farmers are currently harvesting.
We strive to give guests the best experience every single time they dine with us.

Passion, attention to detail, and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential.
Since the menu is forever changing, we need our team to have an ongoing willingness to learn.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the industry and use your current skills.
We are open Thursday - Sunday which means your work week is four days.
