Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences? If so, we want you to be a part of our team! We are currently seeking a reliable Server (formerly known as waitress/waiter) to join our dynamic crew here at the Pangaea Dinosaur Grill (https://pangaeadinosaurgrill.com/), on Saturdays and Sundays. Operating hours are Saturdays from 10:45am - 7pm Sundays from 10:45am - 6pm.
Responsibilities:
Serve food and beverages to guests with efficiency and attention to detail on Saturdays and Sundays.
Provide detailed explanations of menu items, specials, and promotions to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all dining areas.
Extend warm greetings to guests and ensure they feel welcome and valued.
Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
Perform various other duties as assigned to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, full service restaurant (server), or related fields for a minimum of 2 years.
Ability to establish rapport with guests and provide outstanding hospitality.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
