Position Overview
As a Server/Bartender, you’ll be the heart of our guest experience—delivering great service with a smile, mixing drinks, taking orders, and ensuring our customers leave happy. You’ll need to multitask, stay organized, and provide a positive, friendly environment for both guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner
Take food and drink orders and deliver them in a timely manner
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Maintain knowledge of the menu and make recommendations when needed
Ensure a clean and organized bar and dining area
Provide excellent customer service and resolve any guest concerns promptly
Follow all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a bartender, server, or in a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and wine is a plus, but not required
Team player with a passion for hospitality
