Overview: Individual will represent the company and sell our wines and spirits through education and learn by participating in on the job training
Tasting Room, Wine & Spirit Sales, or Hospitality Experience Required with general knowledge of POS systems and shipping protocols.
Ability to effectively pour, present and sell wine/spirits in an educational format.
Experience promoting wine clubs to effectively recruit and maintain members.
Excellent knowledge of wine/spirits with enthusiasm to continually learn new information and share knowledge with guests and other co-workers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and maintain enthusiasm throughout the business day.
Diverse Skills to learn and assist wine and spirit production
Job Requirements
Recent Bartender Experience
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate Point of Sale System
Must be 21 years of age.
Comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups.
Enthusiastic, passionate and dynamic communication style.
Ability to maintain composure in unpredictable situations and handle these effectively.
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50# case of wine on a repeated basis.
