Tratto, by James Beard Award-Winning Chef Chris Bianco, is an Italian and Southwestern inspired trattoria. Focusing on elevated dishes using the fresh ingredients our region has to offer, we have been named a 5-star restaurant by the Arizona Republic. We are excited to be expanding our team, and are currently looking to hire Front of House staff members, including servers, bartenders, and other support positions (host, food runner, etc). Please note we are only open for dinner service (night availability required).

General Responsibilities:
For Servers:
- Provide exceptional guest service and create a memorable dining experience
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Have a thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and wine list
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
For Bartenders:
- Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Manage bar inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
For Support Staff:
- Assist servers and bartenders with various tasks including setting up, running food, and bussing tables
- Help with cleaning and maintaining a tidy dining area
- For hosts, greet and seat guests, manage the waitlist, and handle reservations
- Provide general support to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Team player with a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Availability for evening shifts and weekends
- Food Handler’s Card certified (or willingness to obtain)
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in upscale restaurant settings (minimum of 2 years preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with general restaurant operations and point-of-sale systems
- Experience with Italian cuisine is a plus but not required
