Back Office Medical Assistant Needed. PTR certified a plus! Bilingual Spanish required. Previous medical office experience preferred but not required. We are a fast paced specialist private practice with 3 podiatrist in need of a full time reliable MA to join our team. Our company demonstrates a fun, welcoming and motivating culture. Job duties include but are not limited to: rooming patients, direct patient contact and care, translation, preparing patients charts, setting up and assisting providers with minor in office surgical procedures, drawing up medications, sterilization of instruments, restocking rooms, medication prior authorization, triage phone calls, documenting all patient communication etc.
Skills: Completion of medical assistant program or significant experience as a Medical Assistant, Bilingual Spanish a must, ability to take initiative, skilled in working as a team, detailed oriented, experience in multi-tasking, willingness to accept direction and suggestions, ability to prioritize.
