Love in Action Home Care is a growing, compassionate, non-medical home care agency dedicated to providing holistic, culturally competent, and client-focused care. We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish & English) Administrative Assistant who is also flexible to step in as a backup caregiver when needed.
What You’ll Do
Administrative Tasks
Answer phones, manage emails, scheduling, and filing.
Assist with caregiver recruitment and onboarding.
Create flyers/social posts using Canva.
Support community outreach (posting flyers, visiting referral partners).
General office support and special projects.
Backup Caregiver Tasks (as needed)
Assist clients with personal care, companionship, and daily living activities.
Light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and safety checks.
Step in if a caregiver calls out or when a client needs immediate start of care.
Requirements
✅ Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
✅ Prior admin or office experience (preferred)
✅ Caregiving experience (professional or personal)
✅ Knowledge of Canva or design tools (preferred)
✅ Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
✅ Friendly, professional, and dependable
