A-Thursday (4pm-8pm)
B-Friday (6am-2pm)
B-Saturday (8pm-8am) and (2pm-10pm)
C-Sunday (8pm-8am) and (2pm-10pm)

ADLs include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, etc.
