Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist with dental assistant clinical experience to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk as well as assisting in the back as needed. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, clients, and employees
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing, filing, photocopying, and transcribing
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
- Handle clinical scenarios from cleanings to implants with the dentist and/or hygienist
Experience:
- Previous experience in the dental field for at least 5 years.
- Familiarity with phone systems and computerized databases
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
