Monday - Wednesday
8 AM - 5 PM
Thursday
8 AM- 3PM

Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid AZ Hygiene license
- X-Ray certification in Arizona
- Must hold a current Anesthesia certification
- Familiar with Dentrix software is a plus
