What is an Office Facilitator you may ask? Well, our very capable doctor has created systems and protocols and is seeking someone who can further “drive” and manage our SOPs working together to carve out new methodology to further set our practice up for efficiency and continued growth.
While coordinating the day-to-day operation of the business is important, we are hoping that you have what it takes to properly oversee, support, and manage our team as the group “dovetails” to form a more productive union. This requires effective communication skills, working in tandem with our doctor to secure a healthy environment; one that is based on mutual respect, integrity, and the desire to make a difference not only for our patients but for one another.
We are an out-of-network practice serving our patients with a health centered approach with a strong emphasis on Sleep and Breathing Disorders in conjunction with other advancements in dentistry. Our clinical team utilizes the most advanced technology, and our Business Office uses systems to further streamline our operations. Our doctor strongly believes in providing our team with support to help with efficiency promoting a "smarter" and not "harder" office culture. Many of our team members will participate in continuing education both in the office and occasionally offsite. We stay aligned and connected to new advancements in dental technology and business office operations.
