Treatment Coordinator / Insurance Biller

Minimum 5 year experience preferred as Treatment Coordinator/Insurance Biller and knowledge of Dentrix software required but a great attitude and a strong work ethic is our first priorities. Please send in your resume and about 4-6 sentences introducing yourself. We are so excited to meet you!
Responsibility:
Discuss treatment options, establish treatment schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients.
Submitting and following up on insurance claims.
Monitor each patient’s progress to ensure completion of dental treatment plan and report patient status to attending doctor as well as enter and track patient treatment plans in computer system.
Manage consultation reports and progress.
Actively participate as a contributing member of the office staff team to achieve patient satisfaction and office production goals.
