Busy privately owned multi specialty practice in Phoenix looking for an experienced front office coordinator to join our team.
This position is full time. We are looking for a team member that is proficient in Dentrix and has experience treatment planning and presenting oral surgery procedures, including wisdom teeth extractions, implants, bone, grafting, sinus lift, sedation, and more.
This position might possibly entail treatment planning for Endo as well, including its canals and re-treatments.
Position would be the scheduling manager for two providers, and would be responsible for maintaining a productive schedule, including all care for their patients.
Additional responsibilities would be reviewing and collecting copayment for the doctors. Full knowledge of PPO dental plans and AHCCCS preferred . Phones and scheduling plus various other administrative duties.
We are looking for someone reliable, experienced, easy-going, motivated, who can work independently.

Monday 7:30 - 3
Tuesday and Thursday 7- 5
Wednesday 7 -4
Friday 7 -4
