Intake Coordinator

Mesquite Valley Integrated Health is seeking a qualified, organized, and tech-savvy professional to join our team as a Patient Intake and Community Engagement Coordinator. This position integrates patient intake and scheduling responsibilities with creative support for social media and community outreach initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

Reaching out to new patient inquiries and website leads to elaborate on clinic services and assist patients in understanding their options.

Entering new patient data into the electronic medical record system and scheduling initial appointments.

Providing front desk coverage, greeting patients, and managing phone calls on an as-needed basis.

Coordinating lunches and scheduling with medical representatives.

Promoting providers and services on various social media platforms.

Responding to patient reviews with professionalism and care.

Supporting general office tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents and records.

Assisting with clinic events, community outreach, and marketing efforts.

Providing backup support to clinic and administrative staff as required.

Ideal candidates will possess:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and adaptability.

Proficiency with technology and social media tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive, Canva, Facebook, and Instagram.

A friendly and professional demeanor.

A team-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience
