Leading Edge Senior Care has immediate openings for a professional, dependable caregiver (2 caregivers) to work with our client in Peoria.
Hours/Days:
Wednesday at 10am till Friday 10a
or
Friday 10a till Sunday 10am
Please note this is a live in position.
You must have your own transportation to take the client out.
Job duties will include: Companionship, providing transportation to activities, personal care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, have a fingerprint clearance card or be able to obtain one.
2. Must have own transportation and comfortable transporting a client.
3. Ability to carry out directions, read and write English.
4. Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
5. Must have at least 2-years prior experience working with the elderly.
6. Ability to participate in physical activity.
7. Ability to lift 50lbs/to do extensive bending and standing on a regular basis.
8. Valid Arizona Driver’s License and current automobile insurance. Clean 3 year driving history, no at fault accidents, and no more than 1 moving violation.
9. High school graduate or G.E.D certificate.
10. CPR/First Aid Certified
