What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare patients for their appointments by rooming them, taking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, weight), and documenting their chief complaint.
Assist physicians and nurses with minor procedures and examinations.
Clean, stock, and prepare examination rooms for patient visits.
Schedule patient appointments and manage phone calls.
Update and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents.
Provide patients with compassion and care.
What You'll Need (Qualifications):
High school diploma or GED (Required).
No previous medical experience required! We will train the right candidate.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you must be a "people person."
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required.
