We are seeking a Front Office person, we are a medical office providing surgical services (General surgery and colorectal) in Chandler, AZ. Our goal is to provide efficient and compassionate care with unbeatable service and outcomes to our patients.
The opportunity includes being part of a surgical team with 3 providers and medical assistants with many years of experience. We offer very competitive wages and benefits including 401K and medical insurance.
MUST HAVE: Experience/knowledge with Arizona Medicaid - Medicare - Commercial Insurance.
Responsibilities/Task:
Gather accurate insurance and demographic information from patients.
Collect insurance Co-pays - Deductibles and collect outstanding balances at the time of service.
Get referrals and authorization for office services as needed.
Verify Insurance Benefits and document charts according to policy.
Scan records in the appropriate sections of patient charts and keep patient charts in the proper order.
Answer telephone incoming calls.
