Optical Lab Customer Service
GSRx, Inc., is seeking a team member to join our growing optical laboratory. This position will be primarily in Customer Service; floating where needed based on job flow in other areas of the lab.
Key Responsibilities, Qualifications, and Skills
Achieve and maintain the highest level of customer service
Accurately transcribe words and numbers, with attention to detail
Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers and potential customers
Build a thorough knowledge of GSRx’s products and programs to assist customers with ordering and to accurately answer questions
Maintain a professional and positive attitude and appearance
Regularly assist in pre-production and shipping
Be a team player, assisting in all areas of the lab as needed
Previous optical experience is preferred. Position is full-time, with a competitive benefits package including health insurance and paid leave.
