We are looking for an amazing Treatment Coordinator (Super friendly, bubbly, great personality, face of the practice). We are a fun, young & successful Orthodontics Office located in the east valley. We have two locations, Chandler and Gilbert.
Let's cut to the chase
-30-35 hours per week
- Compensation: $25-30/hr. Based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
-Create a great first experience for our new patients
-Present treatment plan and fees
-Knowledgeable with insurance companies and fees
-Follow up with patients to start treatment
-Schedule patients and verify insurance
-Create contracts and present them to patients
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Excellent phone and verbal skills

-Crazy-good organization skills
-Excellent people skills, Out-going attitude, friendly
-Associates or Bachelors degree (preferred, but not required)
