Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, adept at building and maintaining relationships with group homes and communities. This role is crucial in helping families navigate their care options with confidence.
Responsibilities:
Manage CRM client files with precision and attention to detail
Handle phone and text communications with professionalism and empathy
Adapt to changing needs and priorities as our team continues to grow
Foster strong relationships with group homes and community partners
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in managing client files using CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving team and client needs
