We are a high end, state-of-the-art, cosmetic dental office in Phoenix Arizona, interviewing for a Patient Recare Coordinator role!

We provide comprehensive treatment planning and use restorative and cosmetic dentistry to achieve optimal dental health. We are looking for someone who will be a great fit for our team with high integrity and long-term commitment. Must be highly professional, personable, caring, compassionate, dependable, and a motivated team player with great enthusiasm.

The ideal candidate is friendly and can communicate well with patients while providing optimal dental care and health education.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in dental front office

Minimum 2 years of experience in dental back office

Proficiency in Dentrix/Modento

Skilled in verbal and written communication

Able to multitask

Detail-oriented

Knowledge of dental insurances is a plus

Hours:

Tuesday through Friday 8am-5pm (potential Mon shifts avail as well)

Position:

Are you detail oriented & passionate about delivering top notch patient experiences? You will be at the forefront of our recare program, ensuring seamless scheduling while providing continuing care & exceptional service. You will also present dental treatment as needed.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service with proactive communication, compassion & integrity

Efficiently manage recare and unscheduled treatment appointments through phone calls, emails, text messages and face-to-face conversations

Scheduling new patients over the phone and through email

Commitment to being punctual and reporting to work on time

Utilize available financial options to give patients choices for how they can pay

Professionally overcome the common patient objections/rejections

Maintain accurate patient financial paperwork and adherence to the office manager's financial arrangement parameters

Properly use patient account software and maintain accuracy in records related to patient financials. Obtain necessary insurance approvals in a timely manner

Help in exceeding patient expectations in order to achieve the best patient experience possible

Occasional treatment planning

Wage:

$20-$25 per hour commensurate with experience plus commission!
