Pet Urgent Care is now hiring! We are looking for a Lead Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team.
Previous general practice or emergency experience is desired but not necessary. Customer service/multi-tasking capabilities are a must. We are looking for a client oriented individual with a high level of customer service skill. Ideal candidates would have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include a working knowledge of general practice and basic emergency veterinary medicine, excellent customer service skills, patient triage, medical record scanning, data entry, answering phones, greeting clients, etc.
