In search of an in home/ live-out caregiver to provide assistance to my mom who is in her 70s. She needs assistance with all ADLs - meal prep, bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers (to/from wheelchair, bed, and toilet). She has significant weakness on one side from a prior stroke. Caregiver must be physically capable of safely transferring an approx. 115 lb woman w/ gait belt. Position is to assist client throughout the day, provide companionship, and transport/accompany her to/from appointments (physical therapy, nails, hair, family events, etc).

Hours: Sat, Sun, Mon. 6am to 4pm. $18-25/hr DOE. Must be able to cover all three full shifts.
Central Scottsdale - McCormick Ranch
Pay/Benefits:
- $18-25/hr depending on experience (guaranteed at least 30/hrs per week, possibility of additional hours)
- W2 employee
- Weekly pay
- Up to 24 hrs of sick leave per year (available after 90-day probationary period)
- Up to 30 hrs of PTO per year (subject to accrual)
- $10/week smart phone reimbursement
- Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate
- Car maintenance/repair allowance of up to $125/quarter for pre-approved expenses (available after 90-day probationary period)
Job Requirements:
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must have ability to pass background check and screen for illegal drugs
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA
- Must be ok with friendly dogs
- Must have smart phone to download and use timekeeping application
- Must have prior caregiver experience
- Must be reliable, dependable and on time
- Ability to use sound judgement and remain calm in a variety of situations
