Join a dedicated team committed to making a significant impact in the lives of children with Autism and related disorders. As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), you will be instrumental in implementing effective strategies and fostering positive changes in our clients' lives.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one sessions, executing personalized goals from treatment and behavior intervention plans.

Engage with parents, caregivers, and fellow professionals to support and assess client progress.

Utilize evidence-based methodologies and innovative techniques to drive positive behavioral outcomes.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each client session.

Stay informed on the latest advancements in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Experience in working with children diagnosed with Autism or similar conditions.

Proficient understanding of ABA principles and methodologies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.

A strong desire to positively influence children's lives.

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Reliable transportation

Successful completion of State and Federal Background Checks

Physical capability to routinely lift 25 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

Active RBT Credential

Experience in ABA

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field

Possession of an Active Fingerprint Clearance Card

Current CPR/First Aid Certification

Previous experience working with children
