Registered Nurses (RN) up to $80 per visit, LPN. Occupational Therapists (OT) Wanted.
Medicare Certified Home Health Care LLC is seeking: Full-time and Part-time Registered Nurses (RN) up to $80 per visit, LPN, Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), and CNA to work with our clients in their homes providing direct patient care. All skilled staff will be following physician orders, developing and managing nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment to take steps to improve or maintain health. As a staff, you will be responsible for following a physician-established treatment plan under the direction of our Director of Nursing. Our Agency believes that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families, and communities.
Qualifications for skilled staff:
Current state license
Experience required with home health experience preferred
Current CPR certification
Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray
Reliable transportation with the current registration and insurance is required.
