Hello Candidate,
Our privately owned and operated general dental practice is seeking an outstanding Chairside Dental Assistant to join our established office.
I have owned our practice for over 12 years and during that time we have been blessed with success and opportunities for growth and development. We have been selected by our peers as a Phoenix Magazine Top Dentist in both General and Cosmetic categories in 2016, 2017, and 2018.
Our team members include:
Crystal - Lead Hygienist - a member of Vibrant Dentistry for 11.5 years
Trish - Front Office Lead - a member of Vibrant Dentistry for 11 years
Laura - Back Office Lead - was a member of Vibrant Dentistry for almost 8 years, and is back after obtaining her Masters in Public Health.
Cece - Front Office - a member of Vibrant Dentistry for 2 months
Our hours alternate between:
M, T, W, Th 8-5
M, T, F, Sa 8-5
We participate in most PPO plans. We do not participate in any HMO or DMO plans.
We see about 30 new patients a month and our average monthly production exceeds $90K.
We emphasize preventative care and patient education. We only provide services whose value exceeds their cost and that are in the patients best interest.
Our team has developed the systems necessary to provide high quality care to our patients while simultaneously providing them with an outstanding experience. We are looking for additional team members who can commit to serving our loyal patients at the level they have come to expect.
In order to qualify for joining our team, candidates should:
Be dependable
Possess excellent communication skills
Be eager to learn
Be able to execute established systems
Be a self-starter
This position requires:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Chairside Dental Assistant
Arizona Radiologic Proficiency Certificate
